The Quays is an Award winning, Luxury, Grade 2 Listed, three storey, holiday home that can be let for short breaks throughout the year. This stunning and spacious self catering Dorset mansion accommodates from 10 to 25 people and is perfect for those special occasions as well as corporate events.

The Main House can sleep up to 15 people with the Corner Wing providing further bedrooms to sleep10 with an additional kitchen and dining area. The main house has been awarded a Gold 5 star rating by Visit England for 24/25

Centrally located within the Priory Quarter of the bustling Harbour town of Christchurch, this former vicarage, has 11 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms and off street car parking for up to 8 cars. There is also a large secure garden, which is rare for such a central location, with tables and seating for up to 25. This holiday home is dog friendly with secure gardens and is within a short walk to shops, restaurants, attractions and the Quay.

The property has a large, bay window, lounge with 60” TV (plus Virgin media) and an extensive kitchen diner that runs across the whole width of the house, with a feature Range double oven with 6 burner gas hob. The master bedroom has a super king-size four-poster bed and its own en-suite and seating area, within the large bay window.

A wonderful Welcome pack is provided including a bottle of Prosecco, New Forest Spring Water locally produced Tutti Fruity Jam, Biscuits, Milk, Tea & Coffee*. Also a discount Go New Forest card to be used locally which can provide discounts when used with participating businesses.

• Hot Tubs Indoor pop up rigid side  hot tub in the main section of the house available for hire and/or a permanent 4 – 6 person indoor hot tub in it’s own room accessed from the corner wing reception for £325 each hot tub for a weekend or midweek break or £400 each hot tub for the week.

For a special occassion we can add champagne, chocolates and a  beautiful bouquet of flowers for a charge of £50. For corporate breaks we are able to provide a corporate pack including a continental breakfast.

Filled with character and class, this house offers adaptable and stylish accommodation. With a downstairs bedroom and wetroom for the less mobile, it is great for family and friends gatherings providing a versatile spacious living space for all ages. With the wonderful large kitchen and dining table it is an ideal place for entertaining, and if you don’t want to cook we can organise a private chef for you.
