Nestled on gentle slopes between Honiton and Cullompton in East Devon, we offer a contemporary 6 bedroom Eco house fitted out to a high standard. Blackdown Views sleeps from 2 – 12 with its own hot tub. It is an idyllic family holiday destination within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty  set within the Blackdown HIlls less than an hour’s drive from Exmoor or Dartmoor.

Dogs are welcome and for those who want to venture out there are some great woodland walks within a short stroll. Exclusive coarse fishing available in the small Marlpit lake.

This 6 bedroom house is furnished to a very high standard and has an open plan kitchen/diner/lounge. The lounge is double height and fully glazed with a cosy wood burner and under floor heating. It leads to decking via bi fold doors where the hot tub is situated. In the kitchen there are patio doors to the patio area with outside seating for 12, plus barbecue and trampoline. There is also a balcony off the main bedroom.

Welcome pack provided including a bottle of Prosecco, Milk, Tea & Coffee.

  • Hot tub available for hire at £325 for a weekend and £400 for a week.
