Osmund House
Osmund House has many delights to offer a Hen or Stag party weekend. Within a few minutes walk of the historical town centre of Salisbury with its vibrant eateries and nightlife, museums and galleries. Its secluded setting boasts a large garden with a superb covered garden seating area. A sun lounge looks over this landscaped garden with a bubbling hot tub and garden bar.
It also has a quirky Barbecue Lodge (Hobbit House) for those cosy evenings in winter or those lazy summer days.
There is a formal dining room and lounge for special occasions. Happy breakfasts and lunches can be had in the open-plan sun room and kitchen diner. Off-road parking behind secure gates for six cars with additional accommodation available. This stunning property can sleep up to 17 + 2 with the en-suite bedroom annexe.
Galtons Cottage
Galtons Cottage in West Moors in Dorset is a picturesque cottage with spacious quirky accommodations. It includes a snug bar and a secure courtyard garden. There is a games room, easy access to local shops and two nearby pubs, and a large kitchen/diner for those party meals. It has an ample garden, so there is plenty of room for outdoor games and activities.
Versatile sleeping arrangements with the addition of the courtyard glamping pod can sleep 14 + 2. We also have a fantastic vintage VW campervan, Jessica, for additional sleeping accommodation.
The Castleman Trailway is a superb off-road walk and cycle path stretching miles to Poole. In addition, we are happy to arrange transport for a short drive to beaches, tourist attractions and shopping centres in Bournemouth.
Beck Cottage
Beck Cottage is just down the lane from the handy Horse and Groom Inn and has many glorious walks from the doorstep. It is located in the heart of the New Forest National Park and boasts a games room for those rainy days. The Shepherds hut, with a garden shower room, is excellent extra accommodation. The separate dining room is perfect for a formal dining area. There is also a lovely seating area leading to a warm conservatory in the kitchen, the hub of the house. The conservatory leads to a spacious garden with a small stream and a bubbling hot tub.
Beck Cottage has such character and is a charming venue for any celebration. It even has a secret staircase to discover. It is located in the tiny hamlet of Woodgreen, which has an excellent village store, so handy for all those last-minute deals. Close to the historic City of Salisbury or the small bustling town of Fordingbridge.
Arniss Farm
Arniss Farm has many delights to offer Hen and Stag Parties. The remote setting is next to Arniss Equestrian, so you can easily book a day’s hack into the glorious New Forest National Park. The large paddock is excellent for outside fun and games, large enough for a marquee with bar and catering. Particularly great as a dog run if you want to bring your four-legged friends. Stunning walks are on your doorstep into the most glorious scenery and a short walk to the local pub.
Arniss Farm, with the addition of the Lodge and en-suite bedroom annexe, can sleep up to 20. It’s versatile accommodation and fabulous location is the perfect place for a celebration.
Mews Hill
Mews Hill is a spacious, bright chalet set in the New Forest which sleeps 11. Of the five bedrooms, two are on the and four bathrooms plus a cloakroom. It has a hot tub, copse, paddock, and stable to bring your horses. You can also take advantage of the fabulous private fishing on the Hampshire Avon. There is a games room for fun and games for inclement weather where you can try out the Skytrak Golf Simulator to improve your golf. A glamping pod is also available to hire for those extra guests.
A large spacious lounge can accommodate an extended table when booked with the adjacent Criddlestyle Cottage, which sleeps ten so can accommodate up to 21 + 2.
Criddlestyle Cottage
Criddlestyle Cottage is located in the New Forest and is a one-storey cottage with an open-plan lounge diner with character beams which sleeps 10. Its straightforward layout is comfortable and perfect for friends’ gatherings. A wood burner keeps you warm and cosy, and the hot tub is a lovely place to enjoy the garden. You benefit from the exclusive use of the private woodland for fabulous picnics, walks, and fishing on the Hampshire Avon.
This lovely cottage is close to the small town of Fordingbridge and has wonderful woodlands walking from the doorstep. For extra accommodation, you can also hire Jessica, our vintage VW campervan, or add the Riverside Lodge or Mews Hill.
New Forest Cottages
Our New Forest Cottages that can sleep up to 21 + 2 are perfect for large gatherings. With the Glamping Pod, you can add the stunning Riverside Lodge that sleeps 4 + 2. There are three hot tubs, private fishing on the Hampshire Avon, a paddock, stables, a games room, a glamping hut, also wonderful woodland walks. A private ancient woodland is perfect for picnics, and the secure gardens are great for dogs. This versatile accommodation with ground-floor bedrooms and bathrooms is famous for large groups.
The front lawn of Mews Hill is excellent for the erection of a marquee. Great for entertaining, the Mews Hill table can be extended to seat up to 24, so you can dine together near the small town of Fordingbridge with its independent shops and the historic City of Salisbury.
Forest Drove Cottage
Forest Drove Cottage is a traditional cottage that benefits from a lovely modern extension for the kitchen dining area. This leads to the garden seating areas on the decking, from which you have a short walk to the elevated hot tub. The cosy lounge, sumptuous sofas and an inglenook fireplace is a lovely relaxing place. The wood burner creates a relaxed atmosphere in the evening. The interiors have a European feel, with a King Louis bed, French-styled furniture in the bedrooms, and a sleek contemporary kitchen.
This charming New Forest cottage can sleep 11 and is within a short walk of a tavern. Local shops include an off-license, excellent bakery, chippie and supermarket with post office. You can walk up the Drove from the cottage to a lovely woodland walk. There are also excellent transport links to Bournemouth and Southampton.
Blackdown Views
Blackdown Views in Devon sleeps 12 people and is set within a rural idyll. This contemporary eco house with large picture windows looks out to stunning views of the Blackdown Hills. Versatile accommodation with twin beds and ground floor bedrooms. This property is just the perfect place to get away from it all. It is remote, with woodland walks on the doorstep and perfect for celebrating special occasions. An open-plan lounge-dining area is especially suitable for getting together for Hen and Stag Parties.
