Jessica – Vintage VW Campervan
When you stay in one of these New Forest properties, Criddlestyle Cottage, Mews Hill, Forest Drove Cottage and Beck Cottage you have the option of booking additional accommodation in our wonderful vw campervan, ‘Jessica’. A VW Camper T2 1600 manual van that has a double bed and roof hammocks so can sleep up to 2 adults and 2 children under 12.

Please note that children are not to be left to sleep in the campervan unsupervised and booking is subject to availability.
Stabling facilities and Paddock
This is a great opportunity to experience some of the most beautiful countryside with our New Forest cottages, with your own horses, so why not bring them on holiday with you! We have a 2 acre paddock with stables ideal for 2 horses or ponies. There is also plenty of space for parking a trailer. There is a separate tack room with saddle racks, light and power and secure locking and there is direct access from the paddock to a bridle path. - Available on a DIY basis for £100 per horse per week or £75 per horse for a short break when booked in conjunction with Mews Hill, Criddlestyle Cottage or the Riverside Lodge. Paddock also available at Arniss Farmhouse or Arniss Lodge for £150 per horse.

Private Fishing on the Hampshire Avon
When you stay in one of our Fordingbridge properties, ie. Criddlestyle Cottage, Mews Hill or the Riverside Lodge you have the option of fishing on 80 yards of exclusive fishing. This is only 100 yards away from the properties! There are 4 good swims that are great for speciman course fishing. The fishing is only available if you stay in one of these properties and if you stay at the Riverside Lodge you have fishing included in the rental. Glamping or camping pods and Shepherd Huts available as additional accommodation for the Riverside Lodge, Mews Hill, Galtons Cottage, Beck Cottage, Arnis Farm. Osmund House and Blackdown Views.
This is a great opportunity for more guests to enjoy the Riverside Lodge with the addition a clamping pod within easy access to all the facilities of the Lodge. The pod is fully insulated with it’s own porch at 2.7 metres in length by 2.4 metres in width. It has interior and exterior led lights and 2 single beds that can either be a king size or 2 singles. Available to rent only with the Lodge at 25% of the rental cost of the Lodge.
Mews Hill also has a fabulous new addtion with it’s own Glamping hut that can sleep 2 in a double or 2 singles, fully insulated with views across to the copse, with flame effect fire and easy access to Mews Hill ground floor bathroom and facilities, it’s a great cosy addition and can be added for 15% of the rental when booking a stay at Mews Hill.
Galtons Cottage had it’s own courtyard glamping hut, fully insulated and heated to sleep 2 in either 2 singles or a double, patio doors lead to a covered seating area and the window looks out onto the secluded courtyard. Easy access to ground floor bathroom and kitchen across the courtyard. Can be added for 15% of the rental when booking Galtons Cottage.
Beck Cottage and Blackdown Views also have fabulous Shepherds huts for extra accommodation, fully insulated and heated and can sleep 2 in either 2 singles or one double. Beck Cottage Shepherds Hut has easy access to it’s own garden shower room and Blackdown Views has wonderful views aross the fields. Both can be added when booking at 15% of the rental of the house.
Ensuite Bedroom annexe that sleeps 2 in a king size bed or 2 singles available for an additional cost at Osmund House in Salisbury, Arniss Farmhouse and Arniss Lodge

E Mountain Bikes For hire
We have 2 great options for you.
You can hire our Trek Rail 9.5 Gen 4 XL carbon frame with a 50 – 80 mile range on EMTB assist mode and the price is £200 pw or £150 for short breaks. (£250 returnable deposit required.)
Or you can hire our state of the art electric mountain bike, Trek Powerfly LT4 plus with a 30 – 35 mile range on EMTB assist mode . £115 for a week-end or mid-week break, £150 for a 7 night break. (£200 returnable deposit required.)

Hot Tub for Hire
For Mews Hill, Forest Drove Cottage, Blackdown Views Beck Cottage Criddlestyle Cottage, Riverside Lodge , Galtons Cottage , Osmund House, Arniss Farmhouse, and Arniss Lodge a 4 – 6 person outside hot tub is available for the weekend and week rentals. Quay Corner has it’s own hot tub room with a 4 – 6 person permanent tub. Hot tub prices are £325 for a short break up to 4 nights and £400 for a week. When you stay at South Farm a sauna and gym are available to hire which includes a hot tub for hire. The Farmhouse has it’s own hot tub.

Wildlife Camera for Hire
Our properties are in some of the most glorious settings especially the Riverside Lodge so if you would like to spy on the local wildlife and get images sent directly to your mobile phone, we have a Spy Point Wildlife camera available for hire, £25 for a weekend or £50 for the week (£100 damage deposit) Remember to bring your own SD card. Cocktail and Games
Fancy a cocktail making session well look no further, each guest will have their own cocktail station with all the professional cocktail equipment needed. Everything is supplied from the alcohol, Ingredients, glassware, fruit and the ice. Each guest will get to make their own cocktails from the menu. The first round of cocktails is made together, followed by a fun game. Then the second round followed by another game and so on. The games are a mixture of team and single person games. Nothing too heavy drink related.
