VisitEngland’s Accolades are designed to celebrate excellence within the self-catering accommodation sector and showcase those that go the extra mile to provide high-quality accommodation for guests.
Gold award status recognises accommodation that have scored highly across the board, with accommodation being assessed on over 35 criteria, from the exterior of the property to the management efficiency and cleanliness of the rooms to decoration of the property.

Quay House was assessed on over 35 criteria points, scoring extremely highly across the board, receiving the Visit England Gold award and 5 stars.
