We stayed over New Year with another family and there was plenty of space for everyone. Definitely worth paying the extra for use of the hot tub.

We spent a week in South Farm as four families with kids ranging from 1 to 13, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. So much space for big groups to hang out, to cook and eat together, to bbq, and to sit and watch movies (most group accommodation never has enough living room sitting space). We used it as a base to see the area, but also spent many days on site swimming in the pool, playing tennis, playing football, playing in the play barn, and lounging in the hot tub. The kids haven’t stopped talking about the place since we left and I hope we can come back next year.
