Fantastic property and hosts!
We absolutely loved the property and the setting. The hot tub was a hit with everyone and there was nothing that hadn’t been considered for a large group, with loads of cutlery, crockery, two cafetières, all the cooking equipment you’d need and more. Any issues we had, our hosts were only too happy to help. Location is close to Honiton with good access to coastal towns like Lyme and Sidmouth within 40 mins. Oh and despite the quite remote location, WiFi was great.

We absolutely loved the property and the setting. The hot tub was a hit with everyone and there was nothing that hadn’t been considered for a large group, with loads of cutlery, crockery, two cafetières, all the cooking equipment you’d need and more. We had a most wonderful weekend in the Long House
Our Devon Long House at South Farm, is the farmhouse and Oaktree Cottage combined which sleeps up to 16. Here is a guest book review for February 2026.

We had a most wonderful weekend in the Long House with our family. The play barn was perfect for the children and the rooms are spacious and beautifully clean and well decorated. It was great to have the Aga and the hot tub was fantastic with the views across the Valley. There were a few glitches but Becky was brilliant and got them sorted out immediately. Overall we are grateful for a fantastic weekend despite the rain, I will highly recommend.
