“Quay Corner is the perfect accommodation for large families and friends to stay in the heart of Christchurch. We needed such a house for a family reunion, the 5 bedrooms were varied in size and type, and we had fun deciding which couple would sleep where. The best feature was the communal lounge area with enough seating for 10 without being squeezed, which included a wood burning
stove, perfect on a cold frosty evening.. The large dining room was excellent as was the kitchen
with every utensil you would want, but didn’t use it to full capacity. Parking was secure, and the
garden, furniture,and barbecue equipment would have been lovely to use except the weather
wasn’t quite suitable.
To conclude, the house is perfectly situated close to the quay and town, with all the facilities
required for a perfect stay. I had no issues with the property, and we hope to return next year.

Wonderful warm and cosy cotttage.
We normally stay in Lake Cottage at South Farm and we were initially disappoionted that it was not available but all our fears were unfounded as this was a wonderful warm and cosy cottage. Fantastic welcome as always with flowers and chocolates – I really appreciate that we get a variety of chocolates every visit. Weather a bit variable but had some fantastic walks. Looking forward to coming again in February. ps bowls and plates are really pretty.
