Professional Chef demonstrates the perfect profiterole at Quay House…

Quay House in Christchurch, Dorset, opened its doors to local residents as part of the Christchurch Food Festival event on May 13th.  Hosted by Luke Shaw from Shaw’s Catering the event was watched by over 50 attendees throughout the day. Luke, a professional chef who provides bespoke catering for small or large dinner parties demonstrated the perfect way to make profiteroles explaining the tips and tricks the professionals use in the kitchen. Watched by an eager bunch, lips were licked as Luke finished off with a delicious chocolate sauce, topped off with sliced strawberries or pistachio nuts. Attendees were invited to demonstrate their piping skills as Luke guided them to the perfect amount to use.  Attendees enjoyed a tour of Quay House after and congratulated the owners on creating a very special holiday home. The day was enjoyed by all who attended with the idea a 4-day cookery course will be announced soon.  Watch this space for future announcements.
