For the Spring the window boxes and garden boxes have all been replanted.
The Introduction of six specimen trees and gravel within the courtyard has certainly improved the appearance of this quiet enclave.

For £250 per day there is a 16' boat with a 10hp outboard with trailer which whilst too big for the river, would be ideal for fishing/ site seeing in both Christchurch and Poole harbour
Now rather than having to pay £8 per day for the priviledge of using the roads in Pimlico, since Christmas Eve 2010 it is now free! So why not take advantage of our secure basement car parking spaces and bring your car with you to London.
As of the 4th January, VAT was increased in the UK from 17.5% to 20%. All our prices are quoted inclusive of VAT so if you are a business user you can now claim back 20% rather than 17.5%. All our invoices show the VAT and will enable business users to claim back this element.
Over a two month period, all four storeys of the town house have been redecorated and refurnished. The work has included the installation of a new family bathroom and en-suite shower room on the 2nd Floor. New furniture includes a solid oak extendable table with ten new oak chairs and matching sideboard in the dining room; a large leather corner unit in the lounge and all new beds throughout. in addition Sky has also been added to the television in the lounge and within the next few weeks there will also be broadband with free wi-fi connectivity.
The fishing at our New Forest Cottage is really good at the moment. The milder temperatures and slightly coloured water in the Avon have really got the chub and roach feeding. As a SPECIAL OFFER for the months of January and February we will allow one person to fish for free whilst staying at the Cottage.
In order to increase the range of fish available to be caught within our four lakes, rainbow trout have recently been introduced to join the already extensive list of Common Carp, Leather Carp, Mirror Carp, Ghost Carp, Koi Carp, Crucian Carp, Tench, Perch, Roach, Silver Bream, Chub and Crayfish.

As part of our programme of ongoing improvements, we have installed Sky on the televisions in the lounges and there is unlimited free wi-fi broadband.
