My family and I stayed here for a week and would highly recommend it. It is right next to Victoria station, and the Sainsbury's is even closer for any grocery needs. The apartment is secure, tidy and modern. The area is great - easy access to the Tube, Buckingham Palace, Westminster, and Belgravia. We would definitely stay here again. D Davies - Brisbane

June 2011 My family really enjoyed staying at the Town House. The location could not have been more convenient, and the property is very nice. It certainly suited us extremely well.
We very much enjoyed our time in The flat - great place and superb location!

02.05.11 A big thanks to Gary and Debs for yet another great weekend at the Farmhouse and Oaktree Cottage. Houses as pristine and as comfortable & well equipped as usual. Fishing was brilliant. We all had a restful weekend with plenty of fresh air and fantastic views. A special thanks to Gary for getting the pool open early for our use.Kids loved it even though I thought it a little chilly and refused to get in! We will be back next year again.

15.04.11 As the organiser of a small golf society, I thought I would write to say how much we enjoyed staying at South Farm from 27th – 31st March this year.
Our group has been on an annual “tour” for the past eight years, taking in various venues in France, Belgium and Scotland. This year for the first time we decided to “tour” at home and what a find South Farm proved to be.
As a self catering party of eleven 40-60 year olds, we are a pretty demanding bunch, which normally causes nightmares for me as the organiser pandering to a variety of whims, particularly when it comes to location and standard of accommodation.
I was delighted therefore to find that South Farm ticked all the right boxes and we immediately found the flexibility of the various properties at the location to be ideal in accommodating our group
Our “chef” was in his element in the large fully fitted kitchen in the main house and took full advantage of the locally sourced produce you were able to order in for us.
04.04.1 I would just like to say what a wonderful time our golf society have just had staying at South farm. It was a great venue for our golf trips, making the great Devon courses, both north and south, easily accessible for our daily trips. The facilities were great , being able to fish was an added bonus, one of our members had his first catch which made his trip, and the hot tub on the terrace was very welcoming especially after the two rounds at Saunton it was a life saver.
We would recommend south farm to others.

21.03.11 Fantastic Cottage! We had an amazing weekend. Everything is so well thought and we have fallen in love with this house. We are definitely coming back.
We've had a wonderful week enjoying the beautiful countryside, excellent accommodation and sunny days. The cottage had everything that we could have needed and the layout worked perfectly for our family. We hope to be back very soon.

This magical weekend was especially planned and organised by my son, his wife and my grand children to celebrate my 80th birthday. It will remain an unforgettable memory. What a beautiful cottage in a lovely setting. Such comfort, such warmth, so much to do, so much to see - an uplifting and a joyful experience for all.

What a fabulous place this is! We are so lucky to have found such an idylic hideaway to spend our honeymoon. Even though we were snowed in, the cottage was so well equipped, warm and comfortable No better place to be.
The cottage and its provisions cannot be praised highly enough, We have never stayed in one which is so clean, comfortable, welcoming and well furnished. A positive delight.

The cottage is a very highly appointed holiday home we spent a week here but wish we had stayed longer.The owners were very helpfull with are requests, the cottage is of a very high standard with all the basics well catered for even down to dishwasher tabs and washing powder we could not find fault, I would like to spend time here in the winter because the lounge is so relaxing with a huge log burner and very comfortable seating, we were the first party in after a total refurb and would love to go back in the future. No more to be said . Great place.
Great Location. We recently spent 5 nights at this apartment and found that it provided plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 children. The location was excellent, both for walking to many nearby attractions and for taking the Underground to travel further afield. Proximity to Victoria Station and to plenty of shops, grocery stores, and restaurants was much appreciated. We enjoyed the food at St. George's Tavern just up the street.
Had a brilliant stay at South Farm in July this year. The kids loved the play area and pool whilst we fished. Also a great base to explore the countryside and seaside towns. Would recommend to any familes.
I really enjoyed the apartment.It was very clean, the suite is large, the smaller room ok but it's enough.Nice living room with tv and digital box.Very central, about 2 minutes walk from Victoria Station and 10 minutes walk from Buckingham Palace. Affordable price and high availability of the owners to answer all the questions asked during the booking.. Return the security deposit in two days, as agreed
We have had a really glorious week in this lovely cottage. There is everything you could want, superbly equipped and everything so beautifully done. There is so much to see and do in the area. We like the village and everyone is so friendly. We will certainly recommend the cottage to our friends
All Expectations Exceeded. This is a great apartment - clean, spacious and so convenient to transport and the sights. Customer service from owner was excellent. I will book again and would recommend it to friends, family and colleagues. We enjoyed the musical 'Wicked' at the Apollo Victoria theatre which is very close to the apartment.
